Waste and Asset Management Workshop
This workshop will aid participants understand where to start in Waste Management, how to turn waste to wealth, how to make business case for Waste Management, understanding the relationship between Maintenance and Asset Management and understanding how to ensure sustainability within their organisation.
Discussions and training sessions will be on private and public industry concerns and issues especially around operations and maintenance, how to reduce operating costs, how to increase the economic life of capital equipment and how to reduce company liability. Some of the sessions will provide a learning platform to introduce participants to the importance of the International Standards on Waste Management (ISO14001).
