RELIABILITY CENTERED MAINTENANCE (RCM) MANAGEMENT
Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) is a process to ensure that assets continue to do what their users require in their present operating context. RCM incorporates Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance activities, along with Predictive Testing & Inspection (PT&I) and other actions (e.g., redesign, procedural changes or technology upgrades) to provide an optimal balance to achieve greater reliability and lower life-cycle costs. Successful implementation of RCM will lead to increase in cost effectiveness, machine uptime, and a greater understanding of the level of risk that the organization is managing.
This course is particularly designed for plant maintenance and plant technical professionals, engineers, supervisors, operations personnel.
At the end of the program, participants will be able to;

Engr. A. Sunday - B. Eng., M. Eng. MNIMechE., MNIM., PMP., LEAD AUDITOR,(OHSAS), ADVANCE Maintenance Planning Engineer (CPE). A seasoned Operations/Execution/Planning and Inspection Engineer with over Fifteen (15) years' industry experience involving Plant Commissioning, Upgrades and Maintenance; Engineering Planning, Project Implementation and ERP Implementation (SAP PM). Experienced SAP (System Application and Package) Super User and Functional Lead on Plant Maintenance (PM) Module. Enthusiastic communicator with proven analytical skills to develop detailed reports. Ability to diagnose, and proffer solution to technical problems. Engr. Sunday will be joined by other maintenance professional to share their experience on this program.
