PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT (Designing & Implementing Effective System)
Performance management is the continuous process of setting objectives, assessing progress and providing on-going coaching and feedback to ensure that employees are meeting their objectives and overall contribution to the organization. Participants at this program will obtain the necessary insight and tools to design or modify, implement, and administer a performance management system that supports the mission of your organization. Learn how to evaluate performance management from a systems perspective, to understand the relationships between the various system components, and to develop strategies for interlinking components into a system that supports your organization. Participants will be engaged in a variety of discussions, activities, and case studies to reinforce such concepts.

ABIODUN ODEYEMI: MCIPS (London), M.Sc, Managerial Psychology. An experienced management practitioner with over 20 years of post graduation experience spanning the manufacturing and service sectors of the economy. Mr. Odeyemi is a specialist in material management, employee’s motivation, productivity improvement, customer service and quality management. He will bring his experience to bear on this program.
Ajelero, S. Abayomi - MA, History, Advanced Dip in HR Mgt., Masters Industrial & Labour Relations Mgt. Mr. Abayomi was formerly the Assistant Controller HR / Head of Training Urban Development Bank Nig. Plc. He has over 15 years work experience spanning the manufacturing, Services and the financial sectors of the Nigeria economy. Mr. Abayomi is a HR consultant / trainer to Nig. Institute of Manpower Development & Industrial Relations. He will bring his experience to bear on this program.
