Program Overview:
This program is designed to focus on the strategic thinking and leadership behaviors that a high-performance organization needs for a successful long term future. The program will delve into more strategic visionary leadership that focuses to deliver real value to organizational customers. This will enable organizations to strive to improve every aspect of the business, as participants will be made to understand the process of creating value and the execution to bring that value into reality.
In this course, participants will discover how to move from transactional management to transformational leadership. Real strategic management requires that managers and leaders at all levels create the mind-sets and behaviours that are needed to transform the organization from its existing paradigm to the new strategic paradigm that the vision sets forth.

Line and functional managers, HR managers and supervisors (newly appointed ones ) from all industries senior level managers, team leaders and supervisors within all sectors, private and public, profit and not-for-profit will benefit from this program.

WORKSHOP FEE:
N200,000 per participant, VAT - N10,000.
Note: this covers Workshop Fee, Full Break fast, Lunch, course materials and certificate of attendance.
