Invitation to Human Resource Executive Breakfast Meeting

Last Year GODP organized the HRTech West Africa Conference, an inquest into identifying the most appropriate path to Efficient Human Resource Management, the Lagos edition held 10 November 2017 at Four Points by Sheraton while the Ghana edition held at the La Palm Royale Beach Hotel, Accra; over 850 Human Resource Experts and professionals registered for this event and the success is still resounding till today. The following outputs were derived from the events:
- Operational challenges faced by HR professionals in West Africa
- Recommendations to solve the challenges faced by HR professionals
- Key features of HR Efficiency
These outputs were further analyzed after proper consultation with professionals with the HR Practice Regulators in West Africa (CIPM, HRPM etc.), the final output of this process is the automation of appropriate features and experience required by HR professionals to achieve efficiency- GOS HRM Software.
This is a formal invitation extended to specific HR Executives in Nigeria to attend the HR Executive Breakfast meeting, our objective is to highlight how the GOS HRM software would help your company achieve efficiency, reduce HR cost by up to 60% and achieve employee participation.
A) Olawale Adediran (CIPM Vice President)
With over 25 years experience, first as a well rounded engineer with practice in manufacturing operations, reliability engineering, maintenance, store room and projects management; then later in organization excellence, personnel/HR management; I have enjoyed a highly successful career in both HR and Engineering. Well trained and certified in both; including project costing, quality assurance and health, safety and environment. I have led the manufacturing operations of a multi-national company as well as the HR functions of several multi-national companies. In the last fourteen (15) years, I have been in executive HR roles of major businesses as the HR lead and member of the country business leadership as well as regional (African) functional leadership teams. I have received recognition in the professional institutions for both HR and Engineering both locally and internationally. I have also served in leadership roles for the HR professional institute as member and Chairman of Council committees over many years; also as the Vice President of the Institute.
B) Seun Akinyelu (GODP)
Seun Akinyelu is an excellent facilitator and coach. He manages several consulting businesses within and outside Nigeria. He is presently the Managing Partner of GODP where he helps Businesses make their processes more efficient through technology and consulting, people more effective through training and business profitable.
He is a qualified chartered accountant (ACCA) and holds a B.sc Finance (Hon). He holds several other financial certifications. He is an alumnus of the London School of Business and Finance; he has an Advanced Certificate (AD) in 'Derivatives and Alternative Investment'.
He is a seasoned solution provider with years of experience in providing value adding services to multinationals locally and internationally. He was a pioneer member of the IFRS conversion team in PwC Nigeria and he helped developed the IFRS training and conversion practice in the firm. He is also a recipient of award for excellent service in the IFRS conversion practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He was also a Senior Manager at IFRS Partners (Issues Central, Ontario, Canada).
He sits on the board of several companies locally and internationally.
